Description:
The first design of the e-tool had a wooden handle and was of a bi-fold design. Although from my outlook as a veteran, this design was actually cumbersome.
Otherwise, the design is perfect. With an overall length of just over 2 feet, the shovel will take up very little room. The only downfall is the wooden handle as it can break.
The other entrenching tool most of us are familiar with will be the tri-fold design.
With an overall length of just over 18” and folded to just a third of that, this particular design is compact. It can be stored easily in any gearbox or tool bag.
The tool is made out of all metal, so it will last as long as you take care of it.
