Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and unworn

  • With original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, you can either:

  • Bring the item to our workshop at:
    Dubai4WD Trade – Al Qusais Industrial Area 05 - Dubai, UAE

or

  • Ship the item back via courier at the customer's expense.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
